FTP service

Hi there guys ..... does anyone of you know if the FTP service for uploading prints is working on DA. Since, Prints II has been launched I have not been able to find a way to submit high resolution prints...

I haven't had any trouble at all.. Except I've noticed I can't submit a print straight after I submit the deviation, I have to wait about 30 seconds, then view the deviation page, then click 'Print not enabled (submit as print)' for it to work

Another thing I do that helps speed things up, I submit the xxl file as the original deviation, then use the options to resize to wallpaper size, and prevent download of the original file.. Then when you go to make it a print all the prints are all ready with the large file by default

Ohh thats fine ..actually due to some reason I can't submit high resolution images using this http method ... nevertheless I got feedback from Prints Service that .. FTP is up and working .. I am trying it right now .. lets see how it goes ...

FTP service is up and running now ..confirmed from print customer support ..so everything is fine .. :)
